Todd Ellis Appointed to Vacant Council Seat

On January 11, 2010, the Chapmanville Town Council appointed Todd Ellis to fill the seat vacated by the death of James "Shorty" Farley. The term will end in June 2011.

Attention: Building Permits
Anyone within city limits who is completing any significant construction must obtain a permit from Town Hall before beginning their project. The town's building permit administrator will help ensure your permit is completed accurately. Any contractor must also be registered in the town. The town thanks you for your commitment to safe building practices. Call 855-4582 for questions concerning these permits.

Where is Town Hall?
Chapmanville Town Hall has moved into the far end of the Old Chapmanville High School (Located in the Old Administrative Offices). Business hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm.
